Role Responsibilities
* As a Cover Supervisor, you\'ll ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
* You\'ll supervise lessons across various subjects, maintain classroom order, and support students to stay engaged and focused, while upholding safeguarding and behaviour policies.
What You\'ll Need
* Experience working with young people (e.g. schools, tutoring, youth work)
* Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
* Clear communication and adaptability across subjects
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Availability for short-term or ongoing cover assignments
