Were currently looking to recruit a Billing Administrator, who will be responsible for billings and control of the sales ledger. Working closely with operations and the credit control teams; you will raise invoices for goods / services supplied to customers, carry out monthly billing procedures and compile the complete overview of all billing. In this role you will pro-actively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers and so were looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking in their approach to work with good customer service skills.
As an Apleona Billing Administrator, were looking for :
Experience in managing the billings process
Ability and experience in system with mainstream accounting systems
Ability and experience at intermediate level for Excel skills to perform reconciliations
Experience of working in a busy office environment
VAT knowledge would be desirable
Ability to demonstrate excellent level of English spelling and grammar
SSC and SAP experience would be desirable
