As their litigation team continues to grow, they are now seeking a motivated and diligent Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their busy practice.
The Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will provide key support to solicitors and play an active role in managing a varied caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in commercial disputes and a desire to build a career within a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors in managing a broad range of commercial litigation matters
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
* Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
* Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
* Attending court and taking notes where necessary
* Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in litigation (commercial experience preferred)
* Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
