Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager (National) with a background in FMCG, Convenience, Retail Pharmacy, and Field Sales in retail stores and merchandising.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing the field team to ensure excellent store standards and customer service.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
* Auditing and visiting the field team regularly.
* Providing feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
* Building relationships with the team and customers.
* Driving sales and managing time effectively.
* Reporting and maintaining communication with leadership.
Key Requirements:
* Strong personal integrity and decision-making skills.
* Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field.
* Experience managing field sales teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Self-starter with good time management.
* Ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Fluent in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
* Education up to GCSE level.
* Experience with retail outlet visits and IT systems (Word, Excel, Email).
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration:
* Competitive annual salary with end-of-year bonus (OTE £50,000 - £55,000)
