The X-ray departments undertake approximately 25,000 examinations per year. Working across Woking and Walton Community Hospitals in Northwest Surrey with Siemens Ysios DR systems.
Responsibilities
* Undertake Diagnostic radiographic examinations at all CSH sites including Woking and Walton hospitals, working unsupervised and single-handedly using DR X-ray equipment while maintaining a high standard of radiographic technique and patient care.
* Work in our busy X-ray departments, often on your own, in collaboration with a Receptionist. Collaborate with the Urgent Treatment Centre, Outpatients Department, Inpatients and GPs.
Role and Requirements
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic band 6 Radiographer. Successful candidates will have a BSc qualification and extensive knowledge and experience of radiographic procedures. A high standard of radiographic technique is essential with a patient centered approach to your work. You will have to be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
