Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and clean-up of work sites
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
* Load and unload materials as required
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed
Experience
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
* Familiarity with construction or manual handling techniques is a plus
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to follow directions
* Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy items
