ALS is exclusively advising a Real Estate Lending Start-Up in their search for their first Legal hire. This business is led by personable and entrepreneurial individuals, with backing from experienced professionals in the lending and property space.
They have ambitious plans and will consider candidates already in-house or currently in private practice, seeking a transition.

We are seeking entrepreneurial REF Lawyers (5+ PQE) with proven experience in UK bridge lending and/or property & development finance. This is a key hire during an exciting high-growth period.
You will be responsible for:
1. Appraising bridge lending deals, coordinating workflow, drafting initial loan documentation, and liaising with stakeholders.
2. Having a strong understanding of property law, lender security structures, LTV/valuation analysis, and exit strategy assessment.
3. Experience with short-term property finance deals is beneficial.
4. Additional responsibilities as required.
