We’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House Service Staff to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for our customers. Role Overview: As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every customer feels valued and enjoys a seamless dining experience. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you’ll play a key role in making their visit memorable. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed. Serve food and beverages with a professional and friendly attitude. Clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy dining area. Handle payments and operate tills with accuracy. Address customer queries or concerns with professionalism and positivity. Support the wider team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations. What We’re Looking For: A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a restaurant, or hospitality role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
