About the role
We’re partnering with an international UK Top 50 firm to recruit a Lawyer for their highly regarded Pensions Practice, one of the largest in the UK with a national client base and reputation. The team offers a new opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to enhance their national presence. Ideally, you'll be based within travelling distance of the Bristol office and be enthusiastic about joining a motivated and supportive team with extensive experience.
Responsibilities
The team provides a full pensions law service advising trustees, providers, and sponsoring employers of UK pension schemes. Their work includes advising on benefit queries, member complaints, restructuring, and liability management projects across sectors, including public service and voluntary organizations. You will help develop the firm's reputation and market share by managing transactions from start to finish and potentially managing people.
About you
You should be a technically proficient pensions lawyer with 5+ PQE and a desire to develop further. While a large practice background isn't necessary, good quality experience and strong client-facing skills are essential.
Minimum requirements include:
* Experience in an established pensions law team
* Drafting documentation related to UK pension schemes
* Providing strategic advice on UK pension schemes
