We have an exciting challenge in the
North East
. This role will involve driving our growth in the area,
covering the entire North East of England up to the Scottish Borders
. You'll be at the forefront of building new partnerships, opening doors, and getting Sulzer in front of prospective clients. It's a pivotal role that requires both resilience and a strategic approach to establish Sulzer's presence and grow our customer base in a region primed for expansion.
Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities Will Include
* Develop and maintain strong connections with both existing and potential clients. Understand their unique challenges and collaborate to create bespoke solutions that meet their needs.
* Carry out in-depth research within your region to uncover new sales leads, particularly for electric rotating machinery maintenance, including generators, motors, and transformers. Provide insightful market feedback to continuously enhance Sulzer's offerings.
* Offer support and guidance to customers, showcasing Sulzer's innovative products and services to address complex engineering problems.
* Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* A proven track record in technical sales with a deep understanding of the sales process.
* Extensive knowledge of rotating machinery, including pumps, gearboxes compressors, motors, generators, transformers etc.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* A Full UK Driver's Licence and willingness to travel within your assigned area.
