BRAND LEAD

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Brand Lead to take overall responsibility for one of our core divisions at Hillcrest Estate Management. This is a senior leadership role with real scope and accountability, requiring someone who can drive performance, develop a high‑performing team, and deliver consistently excellent property management across a growing portfolio.
You will have direct line management of a Regional Management Team, with Property Managers and site staff sitting beneath them. You will be the senior point of accountability for service delivery, client retention, team development, and the financial performance of your brand.
This is a role for someone who leads by example, brings people with them, and is as comfortable presenting to a board as they are mentoring a junior member of the team.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a broad, senior role that demands strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead through change. You will be expected to manage resources effectively, hold your team to high standards, and take personal responsibility for the performance and culture of your brand.
You will work collaboratively with the other Brand Leads to identify opportunities for business improvement and drive consistent standards across the wider property team. You will also work closely with other department heads to ensure cohesion between the property function and the rest of the business.
Safety and compliance are non‑negotiable. You will be expected to champion both across your brand and the wider business, operating without compromise on all related matters.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
* Leading and developing your Regional Management Team, with regular performance reviews and structured support
* Managing resources to meet KPIs and business plan objectives
* Maintaining and developing key client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
* Overseeing the financial and legal structures across sites within the brand
* Conducting portfolio audits to ensure service standards are consistently maintained
* Producing monthly board reports covering compliance, KPI performance, client risks, and staffing matters
* Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the preparation and delivery of proposals
* Working with other Brand Leads and department heads to drive improvement across the business
* Visiting developments and attending client and resident meetings as required
* Championing health, safety, and legislative compliance throughout the brand
You will work on a hybrid basis, with site visits, client meetings, and office attendance as the role requires.

* Has a strong commercial awareness and understands the link between service quality and financial performance
It would be advantageous if you also have:
* Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and experience with external wall and fire safety remediation
* Proven experience delivering safety requirements for High Rise Buildings
* Experience preparing and interpreting complex reports and plans
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
* Senior leadership experience within residential property management
* Relevant TPI qualification (minimum MTPI) or willingness to achieve within the first year
* Practical working knowledge of health and safety requirements and legislation
* Demonstrable experience managing client relationships at a senior level
* Experience overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and management fee accountability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT and numeracy skills
