Prince Henry’s is an over‑subscribed comprehensive school with over 1,660 students, including around 350 in the Sixth Form. Our Ofsted Report (November 2024) confirms us as an outstanding school across all areas. We strive for continuous improvement so that our students are fully prepared for 21st‑century society. We serve the market town of Otley (in the Wharfe Valley) and the surrounding villages including Pool, Bramhope and Adel. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Examination Invigilators to join the exams team at Prince Henry’s Grammar School. The successful candidate will ensure the fair and proper conduct of examinations in accordance with the JCQ and Examination Boards regulations in an environment that enables all students to perform to their potential.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* English & Mathematics GCSE Grade A*-C or equivalent
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively on own with minimum supervision as well as part of a team
* Experience of working in a school environment (desirable)
* Ability to think quickly in situations using common sense whilst remaining calm and patient
