Were looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager, for out telco/connectivity client to drive growth across multiple sectors within their Mid-Market sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead New Business development initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence nationally. Youll work with a diverse network of partners and leverage extensive resources to deliver tailored solutions that meet todays and future customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business development to secure and grow new opportunities in key markets
* Identify and engage prospects via cold calls, emails, social media, and events
* Share relevant content to build brand awareness and credibility
* Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs
* Manage pipeline effectively, balancing immediate opportunities and long-term nurturing
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and updates
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, partners, and stakeholders
* Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
* Cultivate strategic partnerships to boost market reach and revenue
* Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to align sales strategies
What Youll Bring:
* Proven success in winning telecom or technology sales with mid to large national businesses
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue-driving KPIs
* Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and fast-paced environments
