Then look no further Machine Operative Salary: £15.50 per hour Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week Location & Postcode: Thurcroft Landfill, S66 9AB As a Machine Operative at FCC Environment, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of our Thurcroft site. You will be responsible for operating the company-owned CAT D6 bulldozer to manage soil tipping and land restoration, ensuring safe access for HGVs and maximising void space. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week. Were seeking someone who is: - Experienced ideally 3 years experience operating bulldozers, preferably with soils tipping/land restoration - Qualified valid operators card for bulldozer operation (minimum 12 months remaining) - Safety-conscious understands waste acceptance basics (training provided), radio use, and basic bulldozer maintenance - A team player communicative, conscientious and willing to support colleagues - Proactive committed to maintaining high work standards and safety awareness About Us We are FCC Environment, one of the nations leading waste and resource management companies.
