The Team You’ll be joining a collaborative Insights function of 10, covering both customer insight and web analytics. This is a generalist role that will give you exposure to a variety of data sources and projects, making it a fantastic opportunity to build a broad analytical skillset early in your career. The Role As a Customer Insight Analyst, you’ll be responsible for reporting, data analysis, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the business. You’ll gain exposure to learning data, transactional data, and other core business datasets. Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, taking ownership of the reporting backlog Use SQL for data extraction and manipulation Support analysis and visualisation using Python (desirable) Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions Your Skills & Experience Strong SQL skills Experience with Power BI (other visualisation tools also considered) Python knowledge is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills – able to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Send your CV to riversteytler@harnhamrecruitment.com to register your interest.
