Are you a secretary, PA or someone with strong administrative experience looking to progress into Healthcare? We have part time and full time roles with benefits and training opportunities, including flexible working hours and patterns.
There is a wide range of staff support covering child care, health and fitness, mental health, and travel schemes (cycle to work and discounted bus tickets). Full training and mentoring are available if required, with pathways from support roles to faster training programmes and apprenticeships up to degree level.
Please note this post is a fixed term contract until 31.03.2026. No VISA sponsorship is available for this role.
Responsibilities
* Support Consultants and their teams in all aspects of the administrative management of patient care including all clinical correspondence.
* Act as the liaison between all parties involved in patient care, following strict confidentiality protocols.
* Current requirement to manage physical patient health records; you must be fit enough to lift up to 10 kg as this is an essential requirement for the role.
* Contribute to a team that supports the foundation of clinical activity through the Medical Secretarial Service, which employs over 160 staff across 22 specialities.
