BMS Account Manager - Glasgow

A leading building technology company is seeking an experienced BMS Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
Deliver end-to-end customer experiences with high satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and forecast order intake
Prepare project estimates and technical proposals
Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and end users
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct regular business reviews and client check-ins
Liaise between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
Proven experience in a commercial or account management role
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Customer-focused, flexible, and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence
Genuine interest in technology and innovation
Desirable:
Experience in BEMS / building management systems
Technical qualifications (electrical or mechanical)
