Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR operations, case management, and service delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR and education, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent and have extensive HR experience, preferably within the education or public sector, with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Successful experience of dealing with complex HR case work, with the ability to operate sound professional judgement is essential.
Qualifications
Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent. Extensive HR experience, ideally in education or public sector. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage complex HR casework with sound professional judgement.
