We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a prestigious, award-winning 2 Rosette gastro pub. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience across all kitchen sections, working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in preparing exceptional dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and contribute to menu development. This position offers a dynamic working environment, ideal for a dedicated, innovative chef seeking career progression. Live-in accommodation is available.

Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum, including service charge

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Ensure recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly
* Prepare food following standard recipe cards, maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
* Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Maintain strict health and safety standards
* Organize kitchen sections and manage ordering
