This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for a strong administrator with customer service experience that is looking to gain experience of working for the Council.You will achieve this by:
1. Provide a frontline customer response service within the complaints team, records and allocating complaints to the relevant department
2. Operate routine administrative systems and procedures within the team that specifically supports the operation of the service area
3. organise meetings and events in liaison with other relevant officers and outside agencies / bodies and take minutes/notes as required
