Role Overview
As the Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) Resolution Specialist you will manage a caseload of high‑level, complex ASB cases, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and safeguarding the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day case management of all ASB cases across tenures.
* Read and interpret tenancy agreements and leases for appropriate ASB action.
* Draft and serve NSPs.
* Prepare witness statements for court proceedings.
* Represent the organisation in court alongside our in‑house legal team.
* Act as a trained mediator, attain relevant professional qualification if not yet held, and support mediation cases.
* Attend multi‑agency ASB meetings concerning case management and community safety.
* Build relationships with external teams across boroughs.
* Support both victims and alleged perpetrators, offering advice, referrals, and ongoing support throughout the case lifecycle.
About You
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
* Experience managing ASB or housing management in public or private sectors.
* Experience drafting court and legal paperwork and representing cases in court.
* Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability.
* Excellent communication skills with residents and stakeholders.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of housing and ASB legislation and case law.
* Strong workload and case planning abilities.
* A logical, analytical approach to information.
* CIH membership or willingness to pursue an equivalent qualification.
* Good IT skills.
* GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*‑C).
