Responsibilities
* Work with Solution Owners to design new management systems for our largest customers.
* Produce designs and plans that give customers confidence we understand and can deliver while keeping the design practical and cost effective for the customer and the organisation.
* Working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, negotiate and bring consensus in bids and delivery projects.
* Design and deploy new tools and the necessary integrations between the tools to create a working system.
* Produce technical documentation to a high standard, formally documenting your designs and plans.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience with enterprise management toolsets including but not limited to Zabbix, Elastic, Splunk, Microsoft System Centre Suite, Service Now.
* Experience with business IT infrastructures and tools required to manage them efficiently, particularly monitoring, patching and automation systems for Windows and Linux.
* Experience working with sensitive systems in secure environments.
* Ability to design and deploy new tools and the necessary integrations between tools to create a working system.
* Eligibility to go through DV clearance - sole British nationals only.
