We are working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking to appoint a Graphic Designer with strong FMCG packaging experience to join their creative team.

The Role
Working closely with marketing, product development and commercial teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality packaging and brand assets across a range of consumer products.
You’ll take concepts from idea through to production, ensuring designs are both visually engaging and technically accurate for print and packaging requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design innovative FMCG packaging that stands out on shelf and reflects brand identity

Develop creative concepts for new product launches and packaging refreshes
*
Prepare artwork for print and ensure designs meet production and regulatory requirements
*
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver campaigns and packaging updates
*
Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced commercial environment
*
Ensure brand consistency across packaging, POS and supporting creative materials
*
Work with suppliers and printers to ensure designs are delivered to production standards
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within FMCG, consumer goods or packaging
*
A strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work
*
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
*
Understanding of print processes and packaging production requirements
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
*
A creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and shelf impact
