Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a passion for litigation and a knack for organisation? We’re working with a highly respected law firm that’s looking to welcome a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary into their Litigation Department.

?? Key Responsibilities:
* Fast and accurate audio typing using BigHand dictation.
* Drafting and managing confidential legal documents and correspondence.
* Maintaining accurate and secure case file records.
* Providing exceptional client support via phone, email, and in person.
* Diary management, meeting coordination, and appointment scheduling.
* Preparing court documents and hearing bundles.
* General administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required.
? What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within property litigation.
* Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work.
* Confident handling client enquiries and managing sensitive information.
* Experience with court procedures and document preparation is a strong advantage.
