About you
* Previous experience in the motor trade, ideally within sales or vehicle control
* Full driving licence is required
* Driven, motivated, and commercially aware
* Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
* Customer-focused with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service
What you’ll do
* Assist and support the sales team in achieving or exceeding new vehicle sales objectives while maintaining profitability
* Deal directly with customers, building relationships and confidently securing sales
* Represent the brand within the local area, generating new business through networking, referrals, and follow-up activity
* Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and in line with procedures
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
* Take part in ongoing training and development to further enhance your skills and knowledge
