We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement, to join our leadership team in Attleborough.
An effective people manager, you will be a strong leader and role model, exemplifying a best practice approach across all areas such as, performance management, objective setting, coaching and mentoring etc.

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - 6 am to 6 pm - with flexibility to cover night shift when required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Production team to ensure that all requisite production, safety, quality, profitability and continuous improvement targets and standards are met.
2. Use the principles of OPEX to develop a team who can deliver the goals of the business while meeting customer expectations
3. Build a culture of behaviour-based safety with team members and reduce hazards, risks, and incidents by observing the behaviour of the team and determining what follows when this behaviour occurs.
4. Ensure that all team members have the appropriate training to do their required task in a safe manner.
5. Create a strategic plan using the master schedule tool to align with the business goals.
