This role is for maternity cover for up to 12 months and involves providing housing advice, conducting home visits around the Borough, and participating in an out-of-hours service.
We are investing in our staff and have launched a redesigned service to support the community effectively. Candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills, a passion for community service, and eagerness to learn the necessary skills to become a housing advice professional.
This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Successful applicants will need to declare any relevant convictions.
