What Youll Be Doing
* Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, turning concepts into production reality.
* Developing and improving sheet metal manufacturing processes.
* Creating clear, practical process documentation and work instructions.
* Rolling up your sleeves to provide hands-on support on the shop floor.
* Solving problems, removing bottlenecks, and making processes leaner, safer, and more efficient.
* Ensuring everything we do meets AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.
What Were Looking For
We dont need decades of experience - but we do need the essentials:
Aerospace manufacturing background
Hands-on engineering approach
NPI project experience
Knowledge of sheet metal processes
