About the school: A large foundation special school for ages 4-19, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD), and physical disabilities. The school offers pathway-based provision and a strong focus on personal development. About the role: You will lead a class team to plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons across EYFS to Post-16, integrating therapy advice and communication strategies. The role includes supporting life skills, independence, and accredited learning routes.
