This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE. The firm is also open to considering newly qualified solicitors who can demonstrate significant prior experience in Private Client law as a paralegal or caseworker. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, and Trusts Handling the Administration of Estates and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Working on Court of Protection matters Supporting the firm's business development initiatives and engaging with an extensive client base, including access to a large wills bank You'll be working under the supervision of an experienced Solicitor, offering the ideal environment for professional growth. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
