Mtrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Senior Export Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you feel you have the required skills and experience then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
Coordinating export schedules with internal departments.
Managing international shipping, freight bookings, and documentation.
Processing orders and invoices using internal systems and SAGE200.
Overseeing order loading and logistics tracking.
Ensuring accurate document delivery in line with payment terms.
Supporting quality assurance and trade event logistics.
About You;
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
Supervisory experience would be an immediate advantage
Strong organisation and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE200 ideal).
Awareness of cultural sensitivities in international trade.
Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics preferred.
Knowledge of export compliance and documentation.
