Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an afternoon/ night Care Assistant/ Support Worker to join our team based in The Paddocks in Chipping Norton OX7
Shifts are 2pm-10pm, alternate weekends.
The development provides 44 apartments in total and facilities including a restaurant, craft room, lounge and hair salon, for residents and staff.
Our carers strive to help residents to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible and are on-site 24/7. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own flat and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time.
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting customers who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence
The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. The role is to promote Customers independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.
