Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE)
Location: Cheshire (Nantwich area)
Full-time or Part-time | Flexible & Hybrid Working
Salary up to £55,000 DOE
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team, gaining exposure to a broad and diverse range of contentious matters.
The Role
You will work across a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:
* Commercial and contractual disputes
* Property litigation, including landlord & tenant, adverse possession, rights of way and neighbour disputes
* Debt recovery and enforcement
* Professional negligence and defamation matters
* Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
* Insolvency-related disputes
* Contentious probate and Court of Protection disputes
* Personal injury matters
* Alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation
You will have the opportunity to attend court, manage your own caseload, and work closely with senior solicitors on more complex matters.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent
* NQ – 2 years’ PQE
* Experience in litigation
* Strong organisational, drafting, and client-facing skills
