Manage a full caseload of private client matters, primarily probate and estate administration \n* Advise on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, tax, and estate planning \n* Ensure best-in-class client service, compliance, and regulatory standards \n* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 + years’ PQE (all levels considered)\n* Strong experience in probate and private client work \n* Excellent client-facing skills and commercial acumen \n Expert Team: Work alongside specialists with STEP, TALL, and ACTAPS accreditations – plus a Court-appointed Panel Deputy. \nCareer Development: Clear ro...
