What you will need We would like to hear from you if you have: Teaching experience in either KS1 or lower KS2 A proven track record of recent and successful class teaching Successful experience of delivering the primary curriculum A strong understanding of current teaching theory and best practice, particularly in securing high rates of progress for primary-aged pupils Good subject knowledge across the core National Curriculum Experience supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language Strong understanding of the teaching of reading and writing, including comprehension and vocabulary development Excellent communication skills and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues.
