As a key finance business partner, you'll work closely with Practice Owners, Regional Directors and Commercial teams to drive performance and enable growth. Balancing regional support with strategic projects, you'll help shape business plans, model expansion and succession opportunities, and support new practice openings. The role offers hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the primary finance contact for Practice Owners, Operations and Commercial teams
* Provide insightful analysis of practice performance and risk-identified practices
* Support business planning for new and existing practices, extensions and ownership changes
* Play a central role in budgeting, cashflow, capex and dividend processes
* Oversee practice valuations and work with external advisors
* Lead continuous improvement of financial models, templates and processes
* Line manage and develop a high-performing finance team member
Qualifications
* Strong commercial finance background, with advanced Excel skills
* Proven business partnering capability and the confidence to challenge constructively
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in forecasting, financial analysis and managing multiple priorities
* Line management experience and financial modelling exposure (desirable)
* Experience in a franchise, practice owner or similarly fast-paced environment (desirable)
