About the Role As Head Chef, youll take ownership of the entire kitchen operationsupporting menus that champion local produce and leading and inspiring a small brigade.
What Youll Do Supporting seasonal menus that reflect the best of British pub dining
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, and GP targets
Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards
Bring fresh ideas, passion, and ambition to a venue keen to grow its culinary reputation
About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
A genuine love of local ingredients and hearty, flavoursome cooking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, calm under pressure, and financially aware
A desire to help build something special in a picturesque rural community
