Sales Assistant

What you'll do:
* Support the team with a variety of daily activities, helping to ensure smooth operations.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person, always in a professional, approachable, and friendly way.
* Share accurate information about products and services so that customers feel informed and supported in their choices.
* Assist with documents and reports, including preparing records and keeping files organised.
* Process orders efficiently, ensuring that customer details are accurate and up to date.
* Participate in meetings and training sessions to continue developing your skills and confidence.
