Key Responsibilities
* Own qualified opportunities from Business Development through final technical and commercial proposals.
* Design tailored robotic warehouse solutions and analyze logistics data for accurate system sizing.
* Present and defend proposals, delivering clear technical and commercial insights.
* Support system integrators and drive alignment between market needs and R&D.
Qualifications
* 10+ years’ experience in sales engineering within logistics systems, 3PL, or supply chain consulting.
* Strong expertise in intralogistics/automation solutions and warehouse layout design.
* Proven ability to craft persuasive, value-driven technical offers.
* Creative, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative.
* Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
