The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional supporter care and building meaningful relationships? Oxfam GB is looking for 2 Supporter Care Executives to inspire and engage our supporters through outstanding communication and service. Both roles are fixed‑term: one is for a period of 6 months and the other for a period of 12 months.
* Act as the first point of contact for supporters and the public, responding to enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Use knowledge of Oxfam’s work to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression, deepening engagement and support for our mission.
* Champion the voice of our supporters, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and continuously improving the way we connect with them.

An Ideal Candidate For The Role Will Also Have
* Strong understanding and expertise in providing quality service and customer care across various channels, recognising the differences and sensitivities of each.
* Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills that build confidence, rapport and deepen our engagement with supporters.
* Ability to interpret and use significant quantities of information with proven time‑management, organisational skills, and attention to detail to manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment – achieving both quality and response‑time targets.
* Resilience and excellent interpersonal skills within the team to positively influence, support and motivate colleagues to deal with high volumes and complex enquiries.
* Strong IT/database skills and the ability to learn new skills or technology in a rapidly changing communications environment.
