About the Role
Temporary cover: This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for 12 months or until the return of the post holder, whichever is sooner.
An experienced coordinator is required to join the Project Delivery Team in Education Services on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. Education Services provides support to students and staff across the University and Colleges. In this role you will provide administrative and project support across the whole range of projects the team is involved in, working closely with colleagues on the project delivery team and with teams across Education Services, and with stakeholders across the Collegiate University, to support the effective delivery of projects and change programmes.
About the Team
The Project Delivery team is a small group of project managers who deliver, or support the delivery, of a range of transformational projects across Education Services in areas such as assessment, admissions and student support. Projects can range from small, simple enhancements to major change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across and beyond the University.
About You
You will have experience working in organisational, administrative and/or project roles, be an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to manage your own workload and maintain accurate records of project activities, and you will possess effective data analysis skills, for example using tools such as Excel and Qualtrics. You will be able to work effectively across a range of projects and with a range of colleagues.
