Are you passionate about organising and supporting events that make a difference? Our client, a vibrant non-profit organisation based in Holborn, Central London, is seeking a dedicated Events Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while enhancing your administrative skills.

Location: Holborn, Central London
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £15 - £16.50 per hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (with the office just 3 minutes walk from Holborn train station!) 🚆

Key Responsibilities:

As an Events Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and daily activities. Your tasks will include:

📧 Managing the inbox and handling inbound inquiries from stakeholders via telephone and email. You'll triage and redirect inquiries to the relevant colleagues, ensuring complex queries or complaints are escalated promptly to meet Service Level Agreements.
🗓️ Coordinating meetings and managing diaries for both internal and external stakeholders, making sure everyone is in the loop!
📝 Supporting essential administration tasks across team activities, including proofreading documents, updating website information, taking detailed meeting notes, and booking meeting rooms.
🎉 Handling pre and post-event administration tasks, such as preparing joining instructions, sending thank you letters, issuing CPD certificates, and more.What We're Looking For:
