Job Title: Part Time Senior Support Worker – Voyage Care, Williton.
Salary: £14.18 per hour.
Typical shifts: 14:30–20:30, 3 afternoon shifts a week including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities
* Support people to gain independence in daily life
* Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
* Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support through supervision
* Order medication and manage finances for supported people
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, or trauma
