* Senior role with real autonomy, run your own caseload while shaping team growth
* Hybrid working across Cheshire with a strong work–life balance
* Clear progression within a supportive, people-first Private Client team
This role is based in Cheshire and offers a genuine step up for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who wants more than just a steady caseload. You’ll be joining a team where there’s already a strong flow of work, giving you the chance to focus on quality and client relationships rather than constantly chasing new instructions.
In your first few months, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload, wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and broader private client matters, while getting to grips with systems and processes. You’ll be supported by senior colleagues, but trusted to work independently and build your own way of managing files and clients.
As you become established, the role naturally evolves. You’ll play a bigger part in developing the team, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to business development activity. There’s a strong emphasis on building long‑term client relationships, so this isn’t about volume, it’s about doing good work, properly, and becoming a trusted adviser.
The culture is collaborative, down‑to‑earth and professional without being corporate. People are approachable, expectations are clear, and there’s a shared focus on doing right by clients and each other. It’s the kind of environment where you’re given autonomy, but never left without support.
If you’re at the stage where you want to step into a more senior, well‑rounded role, with influence, stability and progression, this is a natural next move.
