Ideally you will have had some administrative experience within a financial services environment.
This is an onsite role.
What you’ll do:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the firm's business divisions
* Assist with monthly billing, document filing, and meeting coordination
* Manage client onboarding processes in line with Money Laundering regulations
* Be a first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
* Support internal and external events and help keep the office running smoothly
* Take on relevant projects and provide occasional cover for service line administrators
What we’re looking for:
* You will be a strong administrator with excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence learning new systems
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
* You will be adaptable and you will enjoy driving efficiencies in the office
