Your new role

* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons using school-provided resources
* Support early learners with foundational skills in phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy
* Provide clear and constructive feedback for the class teacher at the end of the day

* Follow school policies on marking and behaviour management with confidence and care
What you'll need to succeed
* Availability for flexible or consistent teaching assignments
* Experience teaching Key Stage 1
* A warm and confident classroom presence, with strong communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
* A teaching style that supports diverse learning needs
* Professionalism and positivity in all interactions with pupils, parents, and colleagues
