CMe Media, a dynamic and growing media company, is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and play a hands-on role in shaping our online presence while completing a nationally recognised Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship .
In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
Manage campaign budgets by tracking spending and adjusting based on performance data to stay within client-set limits.
Assist with SEO activities including keyword research, ad copywriting, and competitor analysis.
Receive training on campaign performance analysis and budget optimisation techniques.
Gain exposure to programmatic advertising channels such as social media, video, and in-app advertising.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£15,000 - £16,000 per annum per annum
Monday to Friday (07:30am 4pm, 08:30am 5pm, 9am 17:30pm with a 1 hour break)
All benefits - Loyalty bonus of £400 (payable after completion of five years service).
Three days of contractual sick pay from the employer. (After three months of employment)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
Keen to progress in a career in Marketing
