With a presence in over 80 countries, we provide high-quality food products to retail, foodservice, and B2B clients. In the UK, we are expanding our footprint in the B2B ingredients space, supplying top-tier rice and grain solutions to manufacturers, wholesalers, and industrial clients. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our Ingredients sales portfolio across the UK and Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B food ingredient sales, who can drive growth, build relationships, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth across the ingredients portfolio to industrial, foodservice, and manufacturing clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK and Europe. Manage key customer relationships and deliver on commercial targets. Develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and account plans. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery and service quality. Represent LT Foods at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Forecast sales and contribute to strategic planning for the ingredients division. Work cross-functionally with marketing, quality, and technical teams. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within food ingredients, FMCG, or manufacturing. Proven track record of winning and managing industrial or wholesale accounts. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of rice, grains, or commodity-based food products preferred. Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage a pipeline. Comfortable with data analysis, pricing models, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as required across the UK and Europe. Degree in Business, Food Science, or related field desirable.
