We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Contract & Commercial Manager.As Contract & Commercial Manager, you will lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in safeguarding commercial interests while enabling effective operational delivery. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will act as a trusted commercial advisor, supporting seamless contract performance and long-term relationship management. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the drafting, review, interpretation, and negotiation of contracts, including SLAs, KPIs, and commercial schedules * Ensure contracts are compliant with UK contract law, regulatory requirements, and government frameworks * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and key external stakeholders * Partner with operational delivery teams to support effective and compliant contract execution * Conduct regular performance reviews and produce clear, insightful management reports * Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings * Proactively manage risk, resolve contractual issues or disputes, and support successful commercial outcomes Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience in contract drafting, interpretation, and negotiation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels * Sound knowledge of UK contract law, compliance, and regulatory requirements * Experience working on public sector or government contracts (highly desirable) You will receive: * 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays * Lunchtime finishes on Fridays * Pension scheme * Holiday Purchase Scheme * Wellbeing Centre * Medicash or private medical insurance * 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme * Refer to the Friend incentive scheme. * Life Day and Volunteering Day in addition to annual leave Due to the high volume of applications Recruited UK receives, we will make every effort to respond with feedback, although this is not always possible.
