CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Executive on a permanent full-time basis, based in County Tyrone. Salary is offered up to £34,000 per year along with a conversation around the work/life balance.

The role:
* Have responsibility for all social media content and creation along with maintenance of our client’s website.
* Be involved in the planning and promotion of events – covering industry events, webinars, seminars.
* Manage and maintain our client’s internal sharing platform, updating communications effectively and accurately.
* Work with the team on bid and tender proposals ensuring all internal standards of quality are met.
* Focus on identifying potential leads and new business via gathering information from research.
The person:
* Degree in Marketing or equivalent in a business-related area.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience of BD and Marketing experience – preferably in a Finance/Professional Services background.
* Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
* Ability to create engaging content and confidence in presenting to potential clients and stakeholders at senior level.
* Focused on delivering results, a self-starter and able to take the initiative.
* Able to think creatively, solve problems and find innovative ways to promote the business.
* An ability to take the lead on identifying new business opportunities.
